Deloitte/NASPP Survey Reveals Use of Restricted Stock/Unit Awards on the Rise Globally   The winds are changing direction in the world of equity awards. The results of the International Stock Plan Design and Administration Survey, released today by Deloitte and the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP), reveal that nearly 84 percent of companies now grant restricted stock and/or restricted stock unit awards to non-U.S. employees, a 16-percent increase over 2006 and a 37-percent increase from 2004.
